Banks are not keen in the project, and the few banks that provide the loan, their rate is terrible. Interested buyers, are not being provided with good assistance in securing the property, thus leading to buyers eventually requesting for refund. I've also requested for refund and till this date, none of the QUBE developer staff/ owner/ director has replied on the status. As long as the developer is still showing no assistance in after sales .. i believe not many buyers will come to purchase this property as they are afraid of the same would happen to them.
