Feng Shui is an ancient art, as well as a way of life. Feng Shui is used to achieve a better quality of life. From the aspect of Feng Shui, achieving a “better quality of life” refers to promoting a healthier, happier and wealthier life.

Qube is designed with the use of Feng Shui, by well known expert Professor Master David Koh. Currently lecturing at Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, he has regular well-followed Feng Shui columns in The Star newspaper. Master David Koh has implemented good Feng Shui principles in several large shopping malls in Malaysia including KLCC Convention Centre, Mid Valley and Pavilion.
According to Master David Koh, “This building’s orientation and design taps on the living energies in the vicinity to enrich the owners, operators and the dwellers’ prosperity.” Taking Feng Shui principles into account, any property in Malaysia which is situated at the concave of a river will be prosperous. Qube is located at the concave of Damansara River, which is similar to Mid Valley’s Klang River. This river passes through a part of Mid Valley, and is known as a “Jade belt”. Jade belt water is very favorable. This occurs when water curves and circulates around the property. It is sentimental water which is highly auspicious for wealth. One should face the Jade belt water or road to direct the qi to your property.

Roads are vital causes of qi energy, particularly for those in modern city environments. Big roads with plenty of traffic generate stronger qi compared to a small lane. City roads exert great qi strength, but highways are usually even stronger. The Federal Highway fronts Qube. The highway exceeds 100 000 vehicles traffic daily. Thus, the qi energy of Qube is increased, leading to wealth and prosperity.
